We always hold an initial meeting with the involved parties, where we discuss all issues and relevant information to the project.
During this phase, we will clearly identify our scope of work and respective responsibilities.

With the aim of fulfil with our clients' budgetary indicators, and based on our market experience and comparative analysis of previous projects, we build an estimated budget that will be the work basis in terms of indicative costs.

The third phase of work begins with the research of products and suppliers usually specified by the interior designers.
Obtaining the correct product in terms of aesthetic and functionality is fundamental, however, there are other determining factors for the success of our work, such as: guarantee, durability, resistance, sustainability, price, production and delivery deadlines, etc.

Designers often create products and equipment that are exclusively designed and customized for a project and that have never been manufactured before.
Therefore, our team is responsible for a rigorous product development process with suppliers and manufacturers, developing prototypes and validating them to guarantee their quality and functionality

At this stage, a budget will be presented for validation by the client or respective teams, resulting in cash flow forecasts aligned with the project's general cost plan and program.

Planning and scheduling is part of the success of our work, so it is our mission to ensure compliance with deadlines related to manufacturing, production and delivery.

Our purchasing process is based on comparative price research and final negotiations with suppliers, always with the aim of offering our clients a value-added service that will allow, above all, to enhance the final project and fit it within the defined budget.
Before making any purchase, we will always issue a Purchase Order for approval by the Customer.

It is at this stage that all the hard work takes place, but also the attention to detail that makes all the difference.
At this stage, our team will supervise all aspects related to installation and assembly on site.
