MISSION AND COMMITMENT

This policy aims to define the general principles and rules to be applied by N116 - Arquitetura Design Interiores, Lda. to the Personal Data collected by it, considering the applicable legal standards and requirements, and a specific, explicit and informed notification about the processing of your data, allowing the application of the legislation in force on Personal Data.

• N116 - Arquitetura Design Interiores, Lda. ensures an appropriate management of Personal Data in compliance with applicable standards and legislation. Therefore, develops tools and implements actions in order to ensure and monitor the effectiveness of the protection of Personal Data;
• N116 - Arquitetura Design Interiores, Lda. develops actions and procedures aimed at raising the awareness of its employees on the importance of the protection of Personal Data, providing them with operational guidance on how to comply with the Data Protection legislation and monitor the compliance of the protection of Personal Data;
• N116 - Arquitetura Design Interiores, Lda. establishes in this document a Privacy Notice to the holders of Personal Data which complies with the requirements of the legislation in force and ensures a specific, explicit and informed notification to the Holders of the processing of their data. Responsibilities to notify Personal Data leaks to the competent Supervisory Authorities are also defined;

N116 - Arquitetura Design Interiores, Lda. collects and processes Personal Data in accordance with the following principles:

N116 - Arquitetura Design Interiores, Lda. follows organizational and technological security standards and effective practices in the management of information security for protection of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, and provision of confidence in inter-organizational exchanges, the standards of European Law (RGPD), the legislation and specific national recommendations on information security.

N116 - Arquitetura Design Interiores, Lda. applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security of Personal Data appropriate to the risk and, in particular, to protect Personal Data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or accidental or unlawful access.

The same level of protection is contractually imposed by N116 - Arquitetura Design Interiores, Lda. on its subcontractors.. aos seus subcontratantes.

• PRIVACY NOTICE 

Data Subjects have the right to lodge a complaint to the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) in case of violation of the applicable rules regarding the protection of their Personal Data.

In case of violation of personal data, the N116 - Arquitetura Design Interiores, Lda. notifies the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), whenever possible within 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the personal data breach is not likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.

Any processor of the N116 - Arquitetura Design Interiores, Lda. is obliged to notify the controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach.
